**Job Summary:** Emotional Support Mentor
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Emotional and Behavioural Mentor to join our team at an SEMH school in Sheffield.
The successful candidate will provide emotional and behavioural support to students, helping them develop social and emotional skills.
This is a great opportunity to work with students aged 11 – 16 years old and make a positive impact on their lives.
As an Emotional Support Mentor, you will work closely with teachers and other professionals to ensure that students receive the best possible care and support.
You will also be responsible for monitoring and tracking student progress and communicating with parents and caregivers.
**Key Responsibilities:*** Provide emotional and behavioural support to students.* Work closely with teachers and other professionals to ensure that students receive the best possible care and support.* Monitor and track student progress and communicate with parents and caregivers.* Develop and implement effective strategies for managing challenging behaviour.* **Salary:** £30,000 - £38,000 per annum.
