Job Description

As a Support and Thrive Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating and implementing plans to support students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs.

You will work closely with teachers, staff, and other professionals to develop and maintain a supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement plans to support students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs
  • Work with teachers and staff to develop a supportive learning environment
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and development

Working Conditions

This is a full-time position with flexibility to work on a day-to-day or longer-term basis. You will be based in schools and academies across Louth and the surrounding area.

Principal Resourcing is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. Appointments will be subject to stringent vetting procedures, including an enhanced DBS check and references.

The estimated salary for this role is around £25-£35 per hour, depending on experience.
