We are seeking an experienced and dedicated 1:1 Autism Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our vibrant school in Hackney. This role is perfect for those eager to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children with Autism.

The successful candidate will have a passion for working with children with Autism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to changing situations. We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

As an LSA, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide individualized support to students with Autism. You will assist with lesson planning, implementation, and evaluation, as well as contribute to creating a safe and inclusive learning environment.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
