Our expertise spans the entire property development lifecycle, and we're growing. As a Recruitment Consultant with us, you'll tackle a variety of exciting responsibilities, including:

• Matching Talent to Opportunities

• Advertising Roles: Crafting compelling job advertisements across multiple platforms to attract the best talent in the market.

• Coordinating the Recruitment Process: Building Long-term Relationships, Cultivating and nurturing relationships with HR professionals, Talent teams, Directors, and Line Managers.

• Experience in Recruitment, B2B Sales, or Property Sales: You're familiar with sales or recruitment and feel comfortable navigating a professional and target-driven environment.

• Relationship Building Skills: You're a natural at connecting with people and building rapport.

• Tech Savvy: Proficient in using Word, Excel, Outlook, and various internet applications.

• Competitive Salary: £23,000 – £32,000, including car allowance.
