About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and consultative Recruitment Consultant to join our Property team at Hunter Dunning Ltd. As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for recruiting top talent for our clients in the property sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, providing exceptional service and support throughout the recruitment process.
  • Source and attract top talent for our clients, utilizing your expertise in the property sector to match candidates with the best job opportunities.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet client needs and exceed expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring you have a deep understanding of the property sector and its challenges.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the property sector.
  • Strong consultative sales approach and ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
  • Strong knowledge of the property sector and its key players.
