About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and consultative Property Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Hunter Dunning Ltd. As a key player in our property recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting top talent for our clients in the property sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates in the property sector
  • Source and recruit top talent for our clients, utilizing a consultative sales approach
  • Understand client and candidate needs, and match them with suitable job opportunities
  • Utilize various recruitment channels to attract top talent, including advertising live vacancies
  • Coordinate interviews, offers, and placements, utilizing our in-house database and admin processes
  • Nurture and grow client relationships, communicating effectively with HR, Talent teams, Directors, and Line Managers
  • Attend meetings with candidates and clients via video conferencing and in-person meetings
Requirements
  • Experience in recruitment, B2B sales, or property sales
  • Consultative sales approach and ability to build rapport with ease
  • Ability to stay organized and multitask effectively in a target-driven environment
  • Hunger for success and collaborative mindset, contributing effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • A competitive salary of £23,000 - £32,000 (inclusive of car allowance)
