We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a growing portfolio of properties in the South Coast region.

  • Manage a portfolio of 600 units, with opportunities for growth and expansion
  • Undertake a range of duties, including budget setting, insurance, and major works
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Lead a team of property managers as the department continues to grow
  • 3-5 years of block management experience, with a stable career history and strong ties to the South Coast region
  • Professional qualifications desirable, but not essential
  • Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm, with occasional Saturday mornings as required
