Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team at BBL Property Recruitment Ltd. As a Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a growing portfolio of leasehold properties, including budget setting, insurance, and major works.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of 600 units, with a focus on customer retention and growth
  • Undertake a range of duties, including budget setting, insurance, and major works
  • Work closely with the Estate Management Arm of a successful property services group
  • Collaborate with a team to achieve departmental goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and expansion
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in block management, with a stable career history
  • Strong ties to the South Coast and surrounding counties
  • Professional qualifications desirable but not essential
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
