Job Description

Job Title: Recruitment Consultant - Property Specialist

Job Summary:

Hunter Dunning Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Property team. As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for recruiting top talent for our clients in the property sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and networking
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Understand client and candidate needs and match them with suitable job opportunities
  • Advertise job vacancies across multiple platforms to attract top talent
  • Coordinate interviews, offers, and placements using our in-house database and admin processes
  • Nurture and grow client relationships, communicating with HR, Talent teams, Directors, and Line Managers
  • Attend meetings with candidates and clients via video conferencing and in-person meetings

Requirements:

  • Experience in recruitment, B2B sales, or property sales
  • Consultative sales approach
  • Ability to build rapport with ease
  • Ability to stay organized and multitask effectively
  • Hunger for success in a target-driven environment
  • Collaborative mindset, contributing effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Sense of humor is also key
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
