Your Role
As a Recruitment Consultant with Hunter Dunning Ltd, you'll be responsible for:
- Identifying Business Opportunities: Proactively seeking out new business leads through targeted calls, emails, and LinkedIn connections to build strong client relationships.
- Connecting with Clients and Candidates: Engaging in meaningful conversations to understand the needs of both clients and candidates, ensuring a perfect fit for both parties.
- Matching Talent to Opportunities: Pairing candidates with roles that align with their skills and aspirations, guaranteeing a successful placement.
- Advertising Roles: Crafting compelling job advertisements across multiple platforms to attract top-tier talent in the market.
- Coordinating the Recruitment Process: Managing interviews, offers, and placements with precision using our in-house systems.
- Building Long-term Relationships: Cultivating and nurturing relationships with HR professionals, Talent teams, Directors, and Line Managers.
- Client and Candidate Meetings: Conducting meetings both virtually and in person to strengthen relationships and ensure the best outcomes.
