About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at NCC Group. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth for our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales campaigns and strategies.
  • Utilize CRM systems and other tools to track and manage leads, opportunities, and sales performance.
  • Continuously develop and refine sales skills and knowledge to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of success in sales development or a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and other sales tools and technologies.
