Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Matched. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities by creating awareness, account prospecting, and qualifying leads.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect into new contacts and introduce them to our business, qualifying their needs and pain points.
  • Utilize various channels, including marketing-generated leads, social media research, and self-generated leads, to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Meet minimum KPI targets, which are comfortably achievable, and contribute to the growth of our sales team.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as an SDR, Internal Sales Executive, Inside Sales, or Business Development Executive.
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt well to change, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, work independently, and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
