About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at NCC Group. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth through effective lead generation, qualification, and management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Utilize sales and marketing tools to track and analyze lead activity, identify trends, and optimize sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales campaigns and initiatives.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to leadership on lead progression and campaign results.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven track record of success in sales or business development, with a focus on lead generation and revenue growth.
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing tools, including CRM systems and email management programs.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends.
