The Learning Support Professional will be responsible for teaching groups of children with additional needs, including ASD, PMLD, MLD and social, emotional and mental health needs. The role involves adapting to the students' needs, working alongside them to make their time in school beneficial and productive.

Key skills required include adaptability, patience and resilience, as well as substantial subject knowledge and the ability to inspire and nurture pupils. The ideal candidate will have a flexible approach, able to work in various settings, including day-to-day supply roles and longer-term placements that can lead to permanent contracts.

We estimate an annual salary of £32,000-£40,000, commensurate with experience, based on the requirements of the role and the location.
