About the Opportunity
">This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and dedicated Key Stage 2 teacher to lead a Year 4 class with a high proportion of pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and those eligible for Pupil Premium.
Job Description
- Lead a Year 4 class, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, inclusive teaching and learning.
- Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to meet the needs of children with SEN and Pupil Premium.
- Support and develop the inclusion strategy across the school, with a particular focus on pupils with additional needs.
- Take on a subject leadership role, overseeing the curriculum, planning, and assessment in a specific area (to be agreed upon based on expertise).
- Use data effectively to track pupil progress and implement interventions where necessary.
- Work closely with parents and carers, providing regular updates on pupil progress and development.
