We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Educational Needs Coordinator to join our team. As a Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support to students with special educational needs.

Job Summary:

  • Liaise with teachers and support staff to develop Individual Education Plans (IEPs) that cater to the unique needs of each student.
  • Oversee the identification and assessment of students with special educational needs, ensuring timely interventions and accommodations.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive school culture by collaborating with colleagues and external agencies to provide training and guidance on best practices for inclusive teaching.
  • Maintain open communication with parents and carers to ensure they are informed and involved in their child's progress.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Special Education or related field.
  • Experience working with children with special educational needs in a primary school setting.
  • Strong understanding of inclusive education principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

What We Offer:
