Director of New Business Growth

Pareto is a leading e-commerce development company in the UK that has developed several highly successful technologies used by some of the UK's leading retailers. Our goal is to continue growing and expanding our presence in the UK and worldwide markets, and we are seeking a Director of New Business Growth to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience selling e-commerce/retail software solutions, with a proven network of industry contacts and experience. You will also possess excellent consultative sales skills, with the ability to navigate clients through the technical sales process and work closely with engineering teams, inside sales, and leadership teams to achieve excellent outcomes.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £100k-£110k+, plus double OTE, making it a highly attractive opportunity for experienced professionals looking to take their career to the next level.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities and expand our presence in the UK and worldwide markets.
- Drive prospecting for new leads throughout the UK.
- Expertly lead and manage the sales cycle for prospects within the UK; follow up leads, call on prospects per business plans, create and deliver proposal presentations, and work closely with prospects until contract is closed.
