New Business Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced New Business Growth Manager to join our team at DNA Recruit. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities for growth, managing the business pipeline, and promoting the agency's unique proposition.

About the Role

The New Business Growth Manager will work closely with the Business Development Director to develop strategic approaches to engage global C-suite prospects, identify target sectors and brands, and manage prospect databases. Key responsibilities include coordinating pitches with international support, managing the prospect database through Salesforce, and driving initiatives to secure new business opportunities.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven ability to identify and secure new business opportunities and manage a global pipeline.
  • Experience in developing and implementing business strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating pitches.
  • Excellent presentation, written, and verbal skills.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position is up to £120k per annum, making it an attractive opportunity for experienced professionals in the industry.
