We are looking for a seasoned Distributor Performance Manager to join our team in Italy.

About the Role

In this key position, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the performance of distributors for a leading intravenous hardware manufacturer.

You will need to source and onboard new distributors, leveraging your extensive network and expertise in distributor management.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic multinational team and contribute to the growth and success of Transaction Focus.

Responsibilities
  • Manage distributor relationships and performance
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve distributor engagement and sales results
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on distributor activity and performance
Requirements and Qualifications

5+ years experience in distributor management or similar role

Strong understanding of international medical sales markets and regulations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation Package

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of €45-65K per annum, plus commissions and bonuses.
