Job Title: Global Talent Partner

Join Avature as a Global Talent Partner and play a key role in shaping the future of our organization. As a member of our HR team, you will be responsible for partnering with senior leaders to understand the talent and leadership development needs across our Financial Solutions teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with HR colleagues and senior leaders to understand the talent and development needs across Bloomberg's Financial Solutions teams.
  • Develop and implement strategic talent plans to drive business performance and growth.
  • Lead the design and delivery of leadership and management development programs, including coaching and mentoring.
  • Collaborate with the Leadership & Talent Development CoE to ensure alignment and best practices across the organization.
  • Identify and develop high potential talent, and provide coaching and mentoring to support their growth.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in talent management, leadership development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering training programs, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Strong understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working in a commercial environment, with a strong emphasis on leadership development.
