At Avature, we're seeking a highly skilled Global Talent Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR organization, you'll play a critical role in driving talent development and leadership growth across our Financial Solutions business.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with HR colleagues and senior leaders to understand talent and development needs across Bloomberg's Financial Solutions teams.
- Develop and implement strategic talent plans to drive business performance and growth.
