We're seeking a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner, Technical, to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for extension or a permanent role based on performance and business needs.

In this role, you'll be essential in attracting and hiring top technical talent to fuel our growth during this critical phase. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Innovative Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including headhunting, job boards, networking events, and industry-specific platforms, to find and engage top tech talent.
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates.
  • Collaborative Partnership: Work closely with hiring managers to understand the specific needs of each role and develop tailored recruitment strategies that align with our growth objectives.
  • Employer Branding: Promote RedCloud's employer brand through participation in industry events, networking opportunities, and creative outreach initiatives.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve our processes and make informed hiring decisions.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Ensure that our recruitment practices support our commitment to building a diverse and inclusive team.

Requirements:

  • Over 3 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced startup or scaleup environment.
  • Strong ability to source and engage with top technical talent across various channels.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), such as LinkedIn Recruiter, TeamTailor, and other recruitment tools.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented, with a passion for RedCloud's mission and a commitment to building a world-class team.
