Job Title: Global Talent Partner

At Avature, we're seeking a seasoned Global Talent Partner to join our Financial Solutions team. As a key member of our HR leadership team, you'll partner with senior leaders to understand talent and development needs across our Financial Solutions teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with HR colleagues and senior leaders to identify talent and development needs across Bloomberg's Financial Solutions teams.
  • Develop and implement strategic talent plans to drive business performance.
  • Lead the design and delivery of leadership and management development programs.
  • Collaborate with the Leadership & Talent Development CoE to ensure alignment with enterprise thought leadership programs.
  • Identify and incorporate new methodologies for evaluating the impact of learning experiences.
  • Facilitate the identification, development, and management of high potential talent.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience designing and delivering training in a commercial environment with a strong emphasis on leadership development.
  • Extensive hands-on experience delivering in-person and remote training to international groups.
  • Demonstrated collaborative approach to partnering across wider HR teams.
  • Demonstrated understanding of instructional design for in-person and remote learning.
  • Implemented change and talent management initiatives.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Experience in Financial/Professional Services industries.
  • Experience working in an HR business partnering role.
  • Coaching experience.
  • Accreditations such as Hogan, Emotional Intelligence, SLII, Insights.
