About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Development Manager to join our team at Mondelēz International. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage existing customer relationships and identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver commercial projects and initiatives
  • Provide market insights and competitor analysis to inform business decisions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a commercial or sales role, preferably in the FMCG industry
  • Strong understanding of business growth strategies and customer relationship management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions
