About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Insurance Broker to join our team at IPS Group. As a Personal Lines Insurance Broker specialising in High Net Worth (HNW) clients, you will be responsible for managing a blend of new business and renewals, working closely with clients to provide tailored insurance solutions that meet their specific needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular reviews to ensure that clients' insurance plans continue to align with their evolving requirements.
  • Represent the company with professionalism and confidence, engaging with clients directly and at networking events.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, providing expert advice and guidance on insurance products and services.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to grow their business and increase revenue.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Insurance Broker, with a strong background in Personal Lines and HNW insurance.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the insurance industry and market trends.
