Job Summary
Nashrock Insurance Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Account Handler to join their team. As a Senior Account Handler, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders
- Produce high-quality correspondence and documentation to required timeframes and standards
- Process new business, mid-term adjustments, cancellations, and renewals efficiently and accurately
- Maintain accurate records and data, using spreadsheets, bordereaux, and databases as needed
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in commercial insurance, preferably with an insurance broker
- Acturis experience is a plus, but not essential
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure, meeting deadlines and managing a varied workload
- Commercial awareness and a keen interest in business
