Automotive Insurance Account Coordinator


PIB Insurance Brokers is seeking to hire an Automotive Insurance Account Coordinator to join our dedicated Motor Trade Insurance division.


This position involves supporting Account Executives in maintaining relationships with current clients, ensuring high standards of customer service are consistently met.

  • Adherence to group account protocols and resolution of inquiries.
  • Accurate creation and upkeep of computer records to ensure thoroughness.
  • Preparation and distribution of risk documentation, including pre-renewal agendas and renewal reports for clients and insurers.
  • Verification of documentation prior to approval by Account Executives.
  • General file management and upkeep of all records.
  • Effective use of task management and diary systems to oversee workload and report issues to the commercial manager.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development in all relevant industry areas, enhancing product knowledge and technical skills, and working towards chartered insurance qualifications as necessary.
  • Management of breaches, complaints, and errors & omissions, responding positively to quality assurance feedback.


We are looking for candidates with:

  • Experience in Account Handling and Insurance, preferably with commercial clients.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, particularly MS Office.
  • Strong Account Handling capabilities.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills to effectively communicate with clients.
  • A self-motivated approach to continuous performance improvement.
