We are seeking a skilled and experienced Insurance Broker to join our team at IPS Group. As a Personal Lines Insurance Broker specialising in High Net Worth (HNW) clients, you will be responsible for managing a blend of new business and renewals, working closely with clients to provide tailored insurance solutions that meet their specific needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular reviews to ensure that clients' insurance plans continue to align with their evolving requirements.
- Represent the company with professionalism and confidence, engaging with clients directly and at networking events.
- Manage a portfolio of clients, providing expert advice and guidance on insurance products and services.
- Work closely with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell insurance products.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Insurance Broker, with a strong background in Personal Lines and HNW insurance.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with clients at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines.
- Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the insurance industry and market trends.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary, ranging from £30,000 to £45,000, depending on experience.
