About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Diversity and Inclusion Consultant to join our team at Fairer Consulting Limited. As a key member of our consultancy business, you will be responsible for developing new products and services for our domestic and global clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support our growing marketing team by providing thought leadership on DEI, leadership, and culture change
  • Lead on the development of new product ideas, business innovation, and lead teams
  • With others, lead the business strategy that contributes to the commercial success of the business by leveraging existing clients' relationships and building new relationships
  • Provide compelling and impactful packages of DEI training and manage those assignments and assignment teams
  • Sell on work with existing clients and shape new opportunities with clients
  • Develop relationships with senior stakeholders to support planning and delivery
  • Undertake inclusion and culture assessments and develop business strategies
  • Help build the Fairer consultancy brand and ensure it is the consultancy of choice for organisations looking to invest in DEI
  • Design and launch a series of brand-new products that will really make Fairer Consulting stand out from the crowd
  • Attend industry events and contribute marketing material from blogs and research reports
  • You will need to work closely with partner organisations and become an involved member of the DEI community
Requirements
  • You will need to demonstrate that you have designed high-quality programmes in DEI, HR, or Learning and Development
  • Experience of facilitating workshops to senior leaders
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Coaching and mentoring skills
  • Strong management and leadership skills
  • You will need to have a commercial mindset and proactively develop new business
  • You will need to be intellectually curious and willing to share and collaborate with the broader team
  • Excellent people skills, with the ability to network, form strategic business relationships, and develop them
  • Attention to detail and market awareness
