**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will facilitate the wider Sales and Regional team's activities, ensuring maximum performance and long-lasting development for the company.

This role involves managing the CRM database, checking and organising sales paperwork and compliance, providing widespread support to the sales and marketing team. If you have administrative experience in a sales environment, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with data, we encourage you to apply.

**Requirements:**

* 1-2 years of experience in sales administration or a related field* Strong organisational and time management skills* Ability to build relationships with colleagues and customers* Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office* Desirable: experience in the new homes or shared ownership industry
