We are seeking an experienced Property Management Specialist to join our team at Carlton Recruitment. As a Property Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the department in meeting its objectives and providing a high-quality service to clients.

Your main responsibilities will include preparing quotes, correspondence, and documents using our Case Management System and MS Office applications. You will also be responsible for audio and copy typing, proofreading documents for accuracy, and ensuring Client/Matter information is up-to-date on our Accounting/Case Management system.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of our team. The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills, experience with MS Office applications, and great customer service and communication skills. A competitive salary of £28,000-£29,000 per annum will be offered.
