The Sales Director will be responsible for driving growth through the development and execution of sales plans. This will involve building and developing a sales team of Account Managers and Business Development professionals to provide support on this growth journey.

The ideal candidate will have a commercially focused mindset, be driven, adaptable, and enthusiastic, with the ability to understand our customers' businesses and correlate this with how our services can help them solve their problems.
The ability to work in a fast-paced, high-workload, agile environment with a strong emphasis on meeting team goals is essential. Experience selling managed services and technology solutions across multiple sectors is also desirable.
