Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team at University Hospital Crosshouse. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing, developing, implementing, and evaluating programs of care for defined patient groups in the Critical Care Unit (CAU).
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Senior Charge Nurse to develop and implement patient care plans, ensuring adherence to professional standards and NMC Code.
- Support the team in meeting patient needs, working closely with allied healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care.
- Develop and maintain a growing knowledge of unscheduled, acute care, and skilled assessment abilities.
- Participate in reflection and feedback opportunities to enhance clinical knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
- UK driving licence/Car ownership is essential for this role.
