Surgical Ward Operations Manager

About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a good clinical knowledge of acute settings and a clear understanding of governance issues. They will be responsible for driving mandatory training and promoting professional development within the nursing team.
We are looking for someone who is proactive and innovative, with a wealth of knowledge in day elective surgery. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable but not essential.
Essential Qualifications- RGN experience at band 5 level
- Surgical settings experience
- Evidence of leadership
- Change management modules
- Degrees or working towards
