Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Peri-Operative Care Specialist to join our team. This role requires the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assess, plan, implement and evaluate evidence-based patient care in the peri-operative period
  • Provide skilled assistance in surgical care and contribute to the management and organisation of clinical areas
  • Participate in the education and development of other staff members and students
  • Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to meet the needs of patients under minimal supervision

Requirements

  • Clinical expertise and knowledge of peri-operative care practices
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to speak Welsh is desirable
