We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team on Dulas Ward, a busy and forward-thinking unit within the NHS. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient-focused care, supporting trained nurses and other healthcare professionals in delivering excellent patient care.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in healthcare, with a strong ability to work effectively as part of a team. You will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of patient care, including carrying out direct nursing care and performing patient observations under the guidance of a registered nurse.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assist in the delivery of patient care, including carrying out direct nursing care.
  • Perform patient observations, including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, oxygen saturation, blood glucose, and urinalysis, under the guidance of a registered nurse.
  • Support the registered nurse in carrying out delegated duties related to patient care.
