Job Title: Business Development Strategist

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Business Development Strategist to join our team at MeetFrank. As a key member of our growth team, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying high-quality leads for our cross-border payments solution.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns using tactics such as email outreach, social media, content marketing, events, and more.
• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align on target accounts, messaging, and campaign strategies.
• Utilize CRM software and lead management tools to track, analyze, and optimize lead generation efforts.

Requirements:
• 2+ years of business development experience in the B2B fintech or SaaS industry.
• Proven track record of building successful partnerships and driving revenue growth.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, agile and collaborative environment with experience managing and supporting customers in a technology driven environment.
• Ability to interact with enterprise customer teams at various levels of technical and non-technical depth.
• Self-starter willing to take initiative and work independently while being remote with minimal supervision.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Compensation Package:
The salary for this position is estimated at $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
