Sales Development Specialist

Focusing on inbound sales, this role involves managing customer relationships, quoting based on requirements, generating orders and dealing with queries via multiple sales platforms. As a Sales Development Specialist at Verto People, you will play a key part in driving business growth through effective sales strategies.
Salary Package
We are offering a competitive salary of £45,000 per annum, negotiable depending on experience. In addition to your basic pay, you can also look forward to an end-of-year performance bonus and a comprehensive pension scheme. You will also be entitled to annual leave plus bank holidays.
Key Responsibilities
This Internal Sales Consultant position mainly deals with inbound sales enquiries, assists customers in choosing between existing products and new ones, contributes to business planning and sales strategy, responds to quotes and other customer requests within 24 hours, analyses all sales-related enquiries and creates opportunities in the CRM system where appropriate, establishes strong relationships with internal and external customers and other departments within the business, and receives full product training provided.
Requirements
To succeed as a Business Growth Executive, you should have proven experience in a sales or business development role, such as Business Development Manager, Business Development Executive, Sales Manager or Sales Executive. Any technical or engineering background would be advantageous. You must hold a full UK driving license and be able to work from our office based in Fife.
