About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Residential Support Worker to join our team at Hexagon Care Services. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to young people in our care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized support to young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with young people, their families, and other professionals.
  • Contribute to the creation of a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
  • Work collaboratively with the therapy team to ensure the delivery of care consistently meets the needs of the young people.

Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Desirable: QCF Level 3 Residential Childcare/Level 3 Diploma Children and Young People's Workforce
