Job Title: Female Support Worker

We are seeking a warm and caring Female Support Worker to join our team at Burnside Court, our Extra Care service in Carlisle, Cumbria.

About the Role:

As a Female Support Worker, you will provide excellent, respectful personal care to residents, including medication administration. You will develop warm and trusting relationships with service users, enabling them to enjoy their time at the service to the fullest.

You will also support with domestic tasks and other tasks such as preparing breakfasts for service users and completing welfare checks. You will be willing to work flexibly according to the needs of the service and confident with lone working.

Requirements:
  • Previous care experience is preferred but not essential.
  • A passion for providing person-centred care and support.
  • Ability to work flexibly and confidently with lone working.
