Senior Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and caring individual to join our team as a Senior Support Worker at our residential care home in Carlisle. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents, promoting their physical, psychological, and social well-being.

About the Role

As a Senior Support Worker, you will be responsible for supporting the management of our care home, providing 24-hour support to our residents who require additional care and support. You will work closely with our management team to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care and support, tailored to their individual needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the management of our care home, ensuring that our residents receive high-quality care and support.
  • Provide 24-hour support to our residents, assisting with personal care activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and assisting with meals.
  • Work closely with our management team to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care and support, tailored to their individual needs.
  • Assist residents with engaging in activities, promoting their physical, psychological, and social well-being.
Requirements

We are looking for a kind and caring individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and support to older adults. Previous experience working in a care home environment is desirable, but not essential. However, experience of leading a team and qualifications in care are essential (Level 2 or above).
