About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Relief Waking Night Support Worker to join our team at Creative Support. As a Relief Support Worker, you will provide emotional and practical support to our service users, promoting independence, dignity, and overall wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to service users, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication, and nutrition.
  • Encourage residents to engage in social activities and promote healthy living.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a high-quality service is delivered.
  • Develop and maintain a good understanding of the needs and preferences of service users, particularly those with dementia.
Requirements
  • Experience in a care or support role, preferably in a residential or Extra Care setting.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including night shifts, to meet the needs of our service users.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and caring approach.
  • Commitment to promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing in a positive and respectful manner.
