Clinical Leadership Specialist

We are seeking highly motivated and clinically-experienced registered clinicians to join the newly established Learning Disability and Autism (LDA) Outreach Team at Devon Partnership NHS Trust. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals who want to make a difference in people's lives.
About the Role- Provide effective clinical leadership and practice to the highest evidence-based standards.
- Work autonomously as well as part of a multiprofessional team.
- Triage, assess, plan, and deliver complex care packages to admission-vulnerable service users across Devon.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of service users.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Foster strong relationships with other healthcare professionals, families, and carers to ensure seamless care coordination.
We are looking for individuals with extensive clinical knowledge and advanced clinical leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have excellent safeguarding, Mental Health Act, and Mental Capacity Act knowledge, as well as advanced interpersonal, communication, formulation, and risk assessment skills.
Salary and Benefits£46,148.00-£52,809.00 per year, plus a relocation package available for eligible candidates.
