About the Job
We are seeking a skilled Regional Clinical Development Nurse to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Regional Clinical Development Nurse, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to our residents across eight of our care homes in the South West.
You will work closely with the Regional Director, improvement specialists and senior clinical staff in each home to develop and implement clinical governance policies and procedures, review and analyse clinical governance data, and address any issues that arise.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced nurse with strong leadership skills and analytical abilities to make a real difference to the lives of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of clinical governance policies and procedures
- Review and analyse clinical governance data to identify areas for improvement
- Work with regional teams to implement improvements and address any issues that arise
- Support the recruitment and training of clinical staff
Requirements:
- A Registered Nurse RN (General) qualification with current NMC registration
- Experience of working in a care home environment and a confident clinical mentor
- Strong leadership and analytical skills, with the ability to share knowledge and build relationships
Salary and Benefits:
This exciting role comes with a competitive salary of £70,000-£90,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including company car, mobile phone and laptop, free learning and development opportunities and a profit share scheme.
