About the Role
In this exciting opportunity, you'll play a key part in shaping the clinical excellence of Barchester's care homes across the South West. As a Regional Clinical Development Nurse, you'll work closely with the Regional Director, improvement specialists, and senior clinical staff to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions. Your analytical skills will be essential in reviewing the clinical governance database and KPIs, while your leadership abilities will drive change and improve outcomes. Regular travel is required for this role due to its regional nature.

About You
We're looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (General) with a current NMC registration and a passion for delivering high-quality care. You should have a strong understanding of current regulatory requirements and be able to provide evidence of continued professional development. As a confident clinical mentor, you'll be able to inspire and guide newly-qualified nurses, while your leadership skills will help drive the success of our care homes. The estimated salary for this position is around £44,000 per annum, depending on experience.
