About the Job

The post holder will be responsible for leading risk management and clinical governance processes within the Care Group, ensuring the efficient, compliant, safe, and high-quality delivery of care.

This role requires a strong understanding of risk management and clinical governance principles, as well as excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

  1. To be the Lead contact and expert within the Care Group for all Governance queries or enquiries, providing advice, guidance, and direction as required.
  2. To represent the Care Group at Trust-wide meetings, governance, and oversight groups, ensuring that a deputy is assigned when apologies are given.
  3. To ensure a rapid, thorough, and accurate information cascade from Trust-wide Governance meetings back to the Care Group and assign actions to key team members, monitoring them to completion within agreed timescales.

Requirements

  • Educated to degree level or with relevant experience.
  • Strong communication, analysis, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
