Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Governance Lead to join our team at Hurst Point Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing robust governance frameworks that ensure compliance with FCA regulations and Consumer Duty requirements.

**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and maintain a strong product governance framework
- Oversee periodic reviews of existing products and services
- Manage new products and services, including conducting risk assessments and securing necessary approvals
- Oversee Target Market Assessments (TMAs) and Fair Value Assessments (FVAs)
- Manage Risk of Harms assessments, focusing on the proper treatment of Vulnerable Clients
- Maintain oversight of Consumer Duty Dashboards and metrics
- Ensure due diligence processes across the value chain
- Monitor regulatory developments and implement new processes as needed

**Requirements:**
- A degree in Finance, Business, or a related field, along with a professional qualification such as CFA, CISI, or equivalent
- Significant experience in financial services, particularly in product governance or compliance
- Strong understanding of UK financial regulations, especially Consumer Duty, along with a solid knowledge of investment products and services
