Hurst Point Group is seeking a skilled Financial Services Compliance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our compliance programme meets regulatory requirements.

We are committed to delivering outstanding investment services while maintaining the highest regulatory standards. As a member of our team, you will work closely with our investment managers to champion a positive, efficient compliance programme that prioritises great outcomes for our clients.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in financial services, particularly in product governance or compliance roles. You will also possess in-depth knowledge of UK financial regulations and a strong understanding of investment products, portfolio construction, and risk management.

A competitive salary of £60,000 + benefits including private medical insurance, paid birthday leave, and opportunities to volunteer for charity will be offered to the successful candidate. Hybrid working is available following successful completion of a training period.
