We are seeking an experienced Compliance Officer to join our team in Exeter. As a key member of the business, you will be responsible for implementing compliance procedures, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and maintaining high professional standards.

The ideal candidate will have a sound knowledge of financial services and possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with financial advisers and the paraplanning team.

The role requires strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines. You will also be responsible for developing existing policies and processes to optimize efficiency, as well as reviewing and updating the compliance manual to ensure it remains relevant and up-to-date.
