About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountant to fill the role of Lead Financial Operations Specialist at Haines Watts Western in Exeter. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to progress their career in a financial management position.

As a Lead Financial Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering statutory accounts preparation services, managing and delivering account assignments, and overseeing workflow. You will also lead a team of professionals and develop strong client relationships to deliver high-quality services.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have achieving ACA / ACCA qualification with practice experience, as well as prior experience as a manager or overseeing a small team. You must be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively under pressure.

We offer a competitive salary of £67,500 per annum, which will be based on experience. Our company provides excellent opportunities for growth and development within the company.
